Local teen leader sends an SOS for your SMS to win SIHLE MAVUSO
The only contestant from KwaZulu-Natal still standing in the One Day Leader competition, Anele Nzimande, is feeling the heat.

She has appealed to all the people in KZN to help her win by pumping in votes. The 19-year-old LLB student at Wits University is leading in the debates which are mainly about political and economic issues but since voting is the main factor, she is appealing for support as she is lagging behind.

One Day Leader is a South African reality competition produced by Urban Brew studios for SABC Education in which six potential youth leaders compete for the opportunity to effect change and gain experience in positions of leadership. The competition also aims to identify and develop young leaders while engaging the public and creating awareness around critical social and economic issues.

Nzimande, who was interviewed while in the North West where contestants were preparing for the next episode said: “In order for me to stay on the show, I need all the support I can get.” Interested persons can vote for her on “Leader 4” on 34068.
