South, an SABC Education programme inspired by the wild has been nominated twice in the ROSCAR Awards 2011 Competition. The festival showcases industry developments, informative workshops and provides an excellent meeting place for networking with top industry professionals. The documentary South has been selected as a finalist in the ROSCAR Awards 2011 competition for ‘The Limited Budget Award’ and ‘The African Filmmaker Award’. South, produced for SABC Education by Urban Brew Studios, recently broadcast on SABC2 is an environmental series. The winning results will be made available on the 31st March 2011.
