Call to Action: Prayer Session for Kidnapped Nigerian Girls

There can be no keener revelation of a society's soul than the way in which it treats its children - Nelson Mandela

Just a reminder that the Nigerian girls are still missing.  It must be devastating to their parents and families and the principle of kidnapping for political gain needs to be explored.

Let us not tire and continue our call for all women from all walks of life locally and internationally to participate in the call to action for the release of the kidnapped Nigerian school girls

Africa has approximately 1 Billion people and globally there are 7 billion people altogether so together we can unite in action for a common purpose and look for African solutions to ensure that this doesn’t happen again and prioritize the following:

·         Strengthening the safety and security of our children especially girls who experience all forms of inhuman abuse (human trafficking, rape, incest, sex slaves)
·         Research the source of this type of abuse
·         Support the parents and families of the kidnapped girls to deal with the trauma
·         Drive information  and education on human rights and children’s rights
·         Instill values, morals and ethics
·         Continue with the power of prayer and meditation for peace
·         Utilising multi-faceted and multi-disciplinary knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom to intensify the campaign to find the girls

Women’s Rights are Human Rights
Children’s Rights are Human Rights
