Shift has been on air since the 3 September 2005. Like most things in life Shift has gone through several stages. When the show started the three presenters were Cuma, Bongani and Rhulani.
In 2007 Aaron joined the team and has been with Shift since. Rhulani has been amazing through the years; viewers are inspired by her larger than life personality.
Aaron is loved for his charisma and charm.
Today, 10 September we celebrate Shift, its presenters and what the show has meant to the people who watch. We are proud that the show is in its 7th year. It hasn’t been an easy journey but it has definitely been an amazing, inspiring, encouraging and exciting experience.
Today we talk to Pontsho Makhetha acting general manager at SABC Education; she will share with us how Shift came to be and how the presenters where chosen.
