August has come to be known as Women’s Month and we celebrate it in honour of the women who marched to the Union Buildings in 1956 against pass laws and the apartheid system in general. We now have a democratic government and its laws enable all of us to have access to opportunities that were previously not there for many of us, and especially for women.Read more...
